Return Policy

In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of May 20, 2014, "Regulations on Distance Contracts," the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days without providing a reason. To exercise the right to cancel an order, the Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the purchase with an unambiguous statement by sending a letter to SIA "Gway," registered in the Register of Enterprises of the Republic of Latvia, registration number 40203363997, VAT registration number LV40203363997, legal address: Blaumaņa Street 12-21a, Riga, LV-1011, Latvia, or by submitting a written statement to the email: click here

The withdrawal letter should include the following information: order number/invoice number, invoice issue date, and the product code, name, and quantity to be returned. The withdrawal period is considered complied with if the Buyer notifies the Seller of the decision before the end of the withdrawal period.

Each Buyer has the right to exchange items within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the order, by agreeing with the Seller’s representative, for other available items, if such items are available in the online store and if:

  • the item has not been used, the packaging is intact and undamaged;
  • the Buyer has the accompanying documents for the goods, and the goods are in their full set.

In case the Buyer exercises their right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund the payments received from the Buyer for the order without undue delay and in any case, no later than 20 (twenty) days from the day the Seller was informed of the Buyer’s decision to withdraw from this contract. The Seller will refund the received payments using the same payment method the Buyer used for the initial transaction, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to a different payment method. In any case, no fees will be charged to the Buyer for the refund.

If the order is returned, delivery costs are not refunded.

The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods if the item was used for purposes other than checking its nature, properties, and functioning. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the item does not lose its value, quality, or safety. Otherwise, the Seller has the right to refuse the Buyer’s right to withdraw from the purchased product.

The Seller has the right not to accept the returned item and to refuse the Buyer’s right of withdrawal, as well as not to refund the money paid for the product, if the Seller finds any damage to the product or if the product has lost its “original appearance” (labels removed and/or damaged, protective films torn, etc.) and/or there are signs of use on the product.

When returning the product, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (we recommend carefully opening the package when receiving the product).
  • The product must be returned in its full set.
  • When returning the product, the Buyer must provide the sales documents (proof of purchase).
  • The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the returned goods if the return conditions have not been met.
  • The return of goods must be carried out in the manner specified by the Seller.
  • The Buyer must pay for the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • For a returned product, the money will be refunded via a bank transfer to the Buyer’s bank account.

Warranty Terms:

Before using the purchased item, please carefully read the user manual and use the product only according to the manufacturer's instructions, in accordance with the product characteristics and intended purposes, considering its technical specifications and expected use.

The warranty is valid if:

  • The buyer can present proof of transaction (receipt or delivery note);

The warranty is not valid if:

  • The product has not been used for its intended purposes and has not been operated as specified in the user manual;
  • The product has damage caused by the buyer fault;
  • There has been an attempt to open or repair the product or its components;
  • The warranty does not cover the SD card, SIM card, battery, strap, and its clip.

In case of warranty returns, please contact us and provide your name, purchase receipt, and product images.

The customer covers the costs of returned products under warranty.

After the return, we will conduct an inspection and inform you of the results.
